Refund policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your pickleball ball machine. Due to the size, weight, and specialized nature of these machines, returns are accepted only under the following limited conditions:

Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery (or receipt) for any reason. After 14 days, no returns or refunds will be accepted except as required by law.

Condition Requirements: The machine must be returned in its original packaging, unused (or with minimal testing, only no court use, markings, or wear), and in resale-ready condition. Any signs of use, damage, or missing accessories will void the return eligibility.

Return Process: Contact us via [email/phone] within the 14-day window to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label only if the return qualifies under warranty/defect (see below). For non-defect returns, you are responsible for all return shipping costs (including insurance for the full value).

Ship the machine back using a reliable carrier with tracking and insurance. We recommend professional packaging to avoid damage in transit.

Once received and inspected (typically within 7-10 business days), we will process your refund.

Refund Amount: Defective or damaged upon arrival (reported within 7 days): Full refund including original shipping costs (we'll cover return shipping).

Change of mind / non-defect: Refund of the purchase price minus: A 15% restocking fee (to cover inspection, repackaging, and potential lost resale value).

All original outbound shipping fees.

All return shipping costs (paid by you).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection. No cash refunds for credit card purchases.

No Returns On: Used or heavily tested machines.

Custom or special-order machines.

Accessories (e.g., balls, chargers, nets) are sold separately unless defective.

International orders (unless required by law).
